The selection process consists of various steps and enables the candidates to meet KPMG professionals during the presentations and interviews, learning directly about their experience within the company.
Each new member of staff takes part in an “institutional” training program which is completed with training on the job, i.e. the acquisition of professional techniques and skills in various specialization sectors.
