Overview 

KPMG is committed to the selection and training of personnel, choosing from among the finest graduates of the top Italian Universities in Economic and Scientific Disciplines.

The selection process consists of various steps and enables the candidates to meet KPMG professionals during the presentations and interviews, learning directly about their experience within the company.

Each new member of staff takes part in an “institutional” training program which is completed with training on the job, i.e. the acquisition of professional techniques and skills in various specialization sectors.

In KPMG, professional development is facilitated through a Performance Management system which allows staff members to define and share their professional and individual aims with their own Performance Manager, even from their first year on the job.
